How Omnyra Works
The ideas behind how Omnyra reads your business.
- Alerts
An alert is Omnyra telling you something without being asked. Each one carries a severity that says how quickly it needs you and a category that says what part of the business it is about.
- Assistant capabilities
The assistant reads your workspace, acts on it within your role, and reaches into the systems you have connected. What it cannot do is anything your role could not do yourself.
- Assistant memory
Memories are facts about your business the assistant holds on to between conversations, so you do not have to explain the same context every time.
- Assistant progress messages
While the assistant works it names each step — checking balances, pulling transactions, building a statement. The messages are what it is actually doing, not decoration.
- Business health score
The business health score is a letter grade summarizing four areas of a business: survival, stability, efficiency, and growth.
- Data confidence
Figures carry a confidence based on how complete the data behind them is, and a finding that does not clear the bar is held back rather than shown.
- Data freshness
Each connected system delivers on its own schedule, so figures reflect the last time that source sent data rather than this moment. Sources shows when each one last arrived.
- Exporting your data
Reports and records can be exported for an accountant, a lender or your own files, and a full copy of personal data can be requested.
- Feature availability
Workspaces do not all show the same things. What appears depends on the plan, the connections in place, the role of the person looking, and how far a capability has been released.
- Health reports
A health report is a dated snapshot of your health score, the numbers behind it, and the insights drawn from them — kept so you can compare periods rather than only see today.
- How Omnyra reaches a number
Every figure Omnyra shows traces back to records from your own systems, and anything it cannot determine is reported as unknown rather than filled in.
- Insights
An insight is a written observation about your business, generated from your own data, with the records behind it attached so you can check it.
- Marketing attribution
Attribution is the work of tying a job back to whatever produced it, so advertising spend can be judged against revenue rather than against clicks.
- Notifications
Notifications are messages from Omnyra about the platform — new features, announcements and planned service notices — which is a different thing from alerts about your business.
- Periods and date ranges
Every figure covers a period. Most apparent discrepancies are two figures covering different windows, which makes the selected range the first thing to check.
- Roles and permissions
A role decides which parts of Omnyra a person can open. Access is set across eight areas of the business, each at one of four levels.
- The command brief
A command brief is a periodic written summary of your business — what changed, what went well, what is at risk, and what to do — with wins deliberately placed first.
- The evidence chain
Every figure and observation traces back through the specific records it came from, which is what lets you check anything the platform tells you rather than take it on trust.
- The unified ledger
Every source of money data feeds one ledger inside Omnyra, so a payment that appears in your bank, your books and your field service system is counted once and traced back to all three.
- The weekly recap email
A weekly email covering advertising, traffic, attributed revenue and reviews. Sections appear only when there is enough data behind them to say something reliable.
- Two-factor sign-in
Two-factor sign-in asks for a six-digit code in addition to your password, from an authenticator app or your email.
- Workspaces
A workspace is a single business inside Omnyra. Its financial data, customers, jobs, team, and connected tools all belong to that workspace and are not shared with any other.
- Your data in Omnyra
Omnyra reads from the tools you connect in order to answer questions about your business. It does not sell your information, and the AI providers it uses are contractually barred from training their general models on it.
- Your Omnyra subscription
Where the subscription lives, how canceling works, and where the binding terms are. Billing runs monthly and canceling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the month in progress.
