Every figure Omnyra shows is built from records in your own connected systems, and every one can be traced back to them.
This is the answer to the question that should be asked of any tool that tells a business owner something about their money: how do you know?
Traceable, not asserted
A number is not presented on its own authority. Behind each one is the set of records it was calculated from — the transactions, invoices and jobs that produced it.
That is what makes disagreement productive. If a figure looks wrong, the records behind it are available, and one of two things is true: the calculation is wrong, or the underlying data is. Both are worth knowing and neither can be established by arguing with a dashboard.
Unknown is a valid answer
Where Omnyra cannot determine something from your data, it says so rather than estimating.
Uncategorised spending is reported as uncategorised. A margin that cannot be calculated because labour was never costed is reported as missing, not approximated from an average.
This is a deliberate trade. A report with a gap in it is less satisfying than one that looks complete, and far more useful, because the gap is where the attention should go. A plausible number filled into a hole is indistinguishable from a real one once it is on the page.
When sources disagree
Your bank, your accounting software and your field service system will sometimes report the same event differently. Omnyra counts it once, treats the bank as authoritative on cash, and shows you the disagreement rather than averaging it away. See the unified ledger.
Repeating another system's figure back to you would inherit its mistakes and present them with more confidence than they deserve.
What this does not make it
Traceable is not the same as right. The numbers are only as good as what is recorded, and the most common cause of a wrong figure is not a calculation — it is a job that was never costed, a transaction never categorised, or a connection that stopped syncing three weeks ago.
Omnyra will tell you when those are happening. It cannot fix them for you.
