Notifications

Notifications are messages from Omnyra about the platform. Alerts are findings about your business.

Keeping the two apart is the whole reason this page exists. A message that a new feature has shipped and a message that your cash runway is under three months should never sit in the same list, because one of them needs you today and the other does not.

The three kinds

New feature — something has been added that you can use.

Announcement — general news worth knowing.

Downtime — planned service notices, so a scheduled window is not a surprise.

Where they appear

The same notification can reach you three ways depending on how much it matters: a bell you check when you choose, a banner across the top, or a popup that interrupts.

Interrupting is used sparingly and deliberately. A platform that popped up for every announcement would train everybody to dismiss popups without reading, and then the one that mattered would be dismissed too.

Reading and clearing

Notifications can be marked read individually or all at once, and the page shows when there is nothing outstanding.

Marking all read is fine. Nothing here is a task — if something needs doing about your business, it is an alert and it will be on the action plan, not here.

The distinction, once more

Notifications — about Omnyra. Informational. Safe to catch up on weekly.

Alerts — about your money, your customers, your jobs. Sorted by urgency, and the top band is deliberately rare so it stays meaningful.

If you only ever read one, read the alerts.
