1. Overview§

Omnyra AI Inc ("Omnyra," "we," "us") provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions and professional advisory services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel your subscription or request a refund.

By subscribing to any Omnyra plan, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Cancellations§

All Omnyra subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Effective date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until your paid period expires.
  • No partial-month refunds: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
  • Reactivation: You may resubscribe at any time. Your historical data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

3. Refund Eligibility§

We want you to be satisfied with Omnyra. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • First 14 days: If you are a new subscriber and request a cancellation within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, you are eligible for a full refund of that month's subscription fee.
  • Service disruption: If the platform experiences a significant, prolonged outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) that materially impacts your ability to use the service, you may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
  • Billing errors: If you are charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us and we will promptly correct the error and issue a refund for the overcharge.

4. Onboarding & Setup Fees§

Certain plans include a one-time onboarding or setup fee. These fees cover the cost of account configuration, data migration, and initial advisory consultation.

  • Before onboarding begins: If you cancel before your onboarding session has been scheduled or started, you are eligible for a full refund of the setup fee.
  • After onboarding begins: Once onboarding has commenced, setup fees are non-refundable as the services have been rendered.

5. How to Request a Refund§

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the methods below. Include your account email and a brief description of the reason for your request.

  • In-app: Navigate to Account > Subscription and select "Request Refund" or "Cancel Subscription."

6. Refund Processing§

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method on file.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

7. Exceptions§

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial subscription charge (unless covered by Section 3).
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date.
  • Third-party fees (e.g., payment processing fees) that have already been incurred.
