Disconnect QuickBooks

1. Where to disconnect
Manage your integrations in Integrations (login required). Look for the QuickBooks Online tile and choose Disconnect.
If you revoke access from your Intuit account first, the Omnyra UI may briefly show a stale connection until your next sync attempt.
2. Steps
- Open Integrations (login required).
- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
3. Disconnect effects
- Omnyra stops syncing new data from QuickBooks; access tokens are revoked.
- Data previously imported remains unless you delete it (see below).
- Some views may be stale or unavailable until a new connection is established.
- Existing audit entries remain to preserve chain continuity.
- You can reconnect anytime on Integrations (login required).
4. Deleting imported data
To remove imported accounting data, use in-product deletion controls or contact support with your workspace identifier. We will process deletion subject to retention obligations and security backups.
5. Reconnecting later
Return to Integrations (login required) and select Connect QuickBooks. A fresh authorization will create a secure connection and resume sync.
