Technology is where you connect the tools your business already uses, and where you check whether those connections are still working.
This is the distinction that trips people up: you connect a tool in Technology, then use it everywhere else. Social accounts are connected here and posted from Marketing. Your field service system is connected here and its jobs appear in Operations. If you are looking for where to link an account, it is here, not in the area where you use it.
The tabs you always see
Overview — everything currently connected and whether it is healthy. Start here.
Permissions — what the assistant is allowed to do on your behalf.
Devices, Team Access, IT Help, and Software and Apps — the equipment, people, and subscriptions side of the business.
The tabs that come and go
Each connected integration adds its own tab, so what you see depends on what you have connected. Connect your accounting system and an accounting tab appears; disconnect it and the tab goes.
Social Media is always shown, whether or not anything is connected to it yet, so there is somewhere to start from.
Connecting something new
Use Connect on the Overview tab. What you are asked for depends on the tool: most send you to sign in with that provider and come back, rather than asking you to paste anything.
