Omnyra is only as useful as what it can see, so the first week is mostly about connecting things. This is the order that gets there fastest.
If you have not been through it yet, start with setting up.
1. Connect the bank
Everything about cash depends on it: cash balance, burn rate, cash runway, and most of the health score. It is the single highest-value connection and takes a few minutes.
2. Connect where your work already lives
Your field service or scheduling system, and your accounting software if you use one. This is what turns generic financial figures into answers about your jobs and customers.

3. Check the numbers against what you know
Look at the figures for a period you remember well. If something is off, it is nearly always one of three things: an account that has not been connected, a category that needs correcting, or books that have not been reconciled.
Getting this right early matters more than it seems. Everything downstream inherits it, and a number nobody trusts does not get used.
4. Ask it something
Once the data is in, ask the assistant a real question you already know the answer to. It is the fastest way to see what it can do, and to catch anything still wrong.
After the first week, the short routine that keeps the figures usable is the weekly review.
