Google Workspace

Connecting Google lets Omnyra read the parts of your Google account you choose.

Steps

  1. Open Technology and choose Google.
  2. Sign in to Google and review what is being requested.
  3. Approve.

You grant areas, not everything

Access is requested in groups rather than as one all-or-nothing switch, so you can connect Drive without granting mail, or calendar without granting contacts. Only what you approve is available, and areas you did not grant simply do not appear.

That also means a connection can be narrower than you expect. If a feature says it cannot see something, the usual cause is that its area was not part of what you approved — reconnecting and granting that area fixes it.

What it is used for

Documents you point Omnyra at can be read and referenced, so the assistant can answer from a file you already keep in Drive rather than asking you to paste it. Calendar and contacts support the scheduling and customer views where they are relevant.

Security and data

Access is read-only for the areas you approve. Omnyra reads; it does not send mail as you, delete files, or change calendar entries on your behalf.

Omnyra never sees or stores your Google password. You sign in on Google's own screen and what is held afterwards is a revocable token.

You can revoke access at any time, either by disconnecting here or from your Google account's own security settings — where every application with access to your account is listed. Revoking stops further reading immediately.
