IT Help

IT Help is where you raise a ticket about the platform and follow what happens to it.

What to include

Three things make the difference between a ticket answered in one exchange and one that takes four:

What you were doing — the page you were on and what you clicked.

What you expected, and what happened instead. "It did not work" and "it showed last month's total instead of this month's" are very different reports.

When. A rough time is enough, and it is often what makes a problem findable at all.

A screenshot beats a description of a screenshot.

What belongs here

Anything about Omnyra itself: something not loading, a number that looks wrong, a connection that will not connect, a feature behaving unexpectedly.

What does not belong here is a question about your own business — what your margin means, whether you can afford a hire. Those go to the assistant, or to your advisor.

Problems with a connected tool are worth a moment's thought before raising. A Facebook page that will not connect is usually a permissions setting inside Facebook, and Meta's own help is faster than any ticket we can answer. See connecting social accounts.

Other ways in

A problem can also be reported directly from a chat, which carries the conversation with it so the context does not have to be retyped. See reporting a problem from chat.

What happens next

The ticket is tracked and updated as it moves. A ticket that turns out to be a real defect becomes a fix, and the fix ships to everyone — which is why reporting the small annoyances is worth the two minutes even when you have a workaround.
