Cash runway

Cash runway is the number of months a business can keep operating at its current rate of spending before it runs out of money. It is the cash balance divided by the burn rate: $60,000 in the bank against $20,000 a month is three months of runway.

Omnyra excludes transfers between your own accounts, so moving money from savings to checking does not count as income.

Runway assumes the coming months resemble the recent past. Seasonal work, a large unpaid invoice, or a planned equipment purchase each change it.
