Your Google Business Profile is the listing people see when they search for your business or find you on Maps. For a local service business it is usually the highest-traffic page you own, and the one you are least likely to have looked at this month.
Steps
- Open Integrations and connect your Google account.
- Choose the business profile to use if the account manages more than one.
Verification, ownership disputes and suspensions are Google's process and are resolved in Google's tools rather than here. Once the profile is verified and you have access, connecting it is straightforward.
Reviews
New reviews are pulled in, and a reply is drafted for each one. The draft is exactly that — a draft. Nothing is posted to your profile until you read it and approve it.
That sequencing is deliberate. A generated reply posted without a human reading it is how a business ends up publicly thanking someone for a one-star review about a flooded basement.
You can see which reviews already have a reply, which are waiting, and which have been answered from here.
Why replying matters more than it seems
Replying to reviews is one of the few reputation levers that costs nothing and works. It affects what future customers think when they read the page — a bad review with a calm, specific reply reads very differently from one sitting alone.
Speed matters more than eloquence. A reply within a day or two is worth more than a perfect one a month later.
Posting
Content scheduled in Marketing can publish to your Business Profile alongside your other channels. See connecting social accounts.
Access and data
Authorisation is through Google's own sign-in; Omnyra never sees your Google password, and access can be revoked from your Google account at any time.
Omnyra reads your reviews and posts only what you approve. It cannot delete a review — nobody can, including you. A review is removed only by Google, and only when it breaks Google's rules.
