Pipeline shows the deals you have in progress and where each one stands.
For what a pipeline is and how to run one, see the sales pipeline. This article is about the tab.
Choose the source first
A selector at the top picks which system the pipeline is read from: GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or Omnyra's own customer relationship management system.
This matters more than it looks. Omnyra reads from where your team already works rather than asking them to work somewhere new — a pipeline nobody updates is worse than no pipeline, because it produces confident numbers from stale data.
If deals are missing, the usual cause is the wrong source selected rather than missing data.
What to look at
How much is in play, judged against a normal month's revenue rather than in the abstract.
Where deals stop. A pipeline where everything sits at one stage is not a lead problem, and more marketing will not fix it.
What has not moved. Age is the most reliable signal of a dead deal, and the least often looked at.
Next to the money
The reason to read a pipeline here rather than in the system it came from is what sits beside it: revenue, margin and customer history. A large deal from a customer who paid at ninety days last time is not the same opportunity as an identical one from a customer who pays on receipt.
