M.S. Johnston Company
A 94 year old commercial heating and air company under new ownership, given its first modern website and a live read on a 36 vehicle fleet.

The situation
A 94 year old commercial mechanical contractor, roughly forty employees, acquired by a new owner who needed to see the business before he could steer it. Ninety percent business to business work, a food service division, a metal fabrication shop and a fleet, none of it visible in one place.
What Omnyra built
- Standing fractional chief technology officer engagement, advisory plus builds.
- New website built for search, replacing a presence that predated the acquisition.
- Fleet tool with a weekly automated data pull across the 36 vehicle fleet.
- Lead capture and tracking so inbound work has a measurable source.
Early, and steep
The site is weeks old. It has already logged 4,388 impressions and 60 clicks, and August produced fifteen times July's impressions in a third of the days. Position is still settling at 25.3, which is what a new domain looks like on the way up.
The result
A company that had operated for 94 years without a website built for search now takes 4,388 impressions and 60 clicks in its first weeks, growing steeply month over month. The owner has a weekly automated read on a 36 vehicle fleet he previously had to ask for, and a standing technology function without hiring one.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console through 11 August 2026. August is a partial month of 11 days. Published with the client's permission.
Results shown are one business's experience and are not typical. Outcomes vary with market, data quality, prior tooling, and how the work is applied.
