The situation

Two owners opening a location, running the business themselves on software they did not choose and could not connect. Members, accounting, banking, payroll, social and the website each sat behind a separate login and a separate support queue, and every technology question landed on the owner with no technical person to hand it to.

What Omnyra built

  • Advocacy on his behalf. Carried his request for access to his own member and sales data to his national partner's VP of Technology, and moved it to leadership level.
  • Vendor management. Approved developer status with his member management vendor, integration keys chased with his GPS provider, payroll vendors pressed on API terms.
  • Account and platform support. Two hours inside his Meta business accounts to get publishing working again, plus the platform bug behind it fixed.
  • Technology recommendations. Payroll and HR platform chosen with the economics laid out plainly, and an internal AI build stopped before it cost him months.
  • Workflow improvement. Books consolidated onto one ledger; hiring pages, lead capture and social publishing wired together and revised on demand.

Someone to make the case

An owner-operator asking a national partner for system access rarely gets past the support queue, because the question is technical and he is not. Omnyra had the conversation for him, at the level where it could actually be decided, and scoped the request so it was easy to say yes to.

The result

The owner stopped being his own IT department. He buys software on advice instead of guesswork, has someone who will spend two hours inside a Meta account rather than send him a help article, and gets his vendors handled by someone who speaks their language.
