Air Support HVAC
A heating and air company that was invisible in local search, given a search footprint and an answering system that runs without anyone watching it.
calls and form submissions tracked as conversions
website visitors, against 495 the quarter before
local service pages published across 36 towns
Google impressions, 4× the prior quarter
The situation
After hours calls went to voicemail and nobody called back. Scheduling, reminders and follow up were all done by hand. The website ranked for the company name and almost nothing else, so the only people finding it already knew it existed.
What Omnyra built
- Website rebuilt around local search, with 12 service pages, 36 town pages and 432 town-by-service pages, each one written rather than templated.
- A 24/7 receptionist that answers, qualifies and books over both voice and text.
- Full history moved off the old field service software, 9,900 records migrated intact.
- Automated customer cadence: confirmations, reminders, review requests and reactivation.
- Call tracking and form tracking wired into analytics so every lead has a source.
Search footprint
Impressions grew from 12,355 in April to 35,716 in June and held there. Organic clicks went from 81 in the prior quarter to 327. Average position sits at 14.9 across a page count most competitors in the market do not have.
The result
Search impressions quadrupled quarter over quarter and website visitors went from 495 to 5,839. Analytics recorded 82 phone taps and 79 form submissions as tracked conversions in ninety days, so the owner can name the source of a lead instead of guessing. The receptionist covers the calls that used to hit voicemail at night and on weekends.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, 13 May to 11 August 2026, compared with the preceding 90 days. Published with the client's permission.
