Connecting social accounts
Social accounts are connected from the Technology area, not from Marketing, and most connection problems are permissions on the platform's own side rather than anything in Omnyra.
TikTok
TikTok accepts video and nothing else, so a post scheduled to it is built from its image into a short clip with a slow zoom, and posted as video.
Media Library
The Media Library holds the images available to posts, organized into folders and content pillars, with brand assets marked as such.
Tips
Tips your customers added at checkout, and whether that money has actually reached the crew it was meant for.
Assistant capabilities
The assistant reads your workspace, acts on it within your role, and reaches into the systems you have connected. What it cannot do is anything your role could not do yourself.
Insights
An insight is a written observation about your business, generated from your own data, with the records behind it attached so you can check it.
