We’re building out full documentation. In the meantime, here’s everything you need to get started and solve the most common issues.

Quick start (about 5 minutes)

  1. Log in and connect your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Let Omnyra sync. You’ll see a “From numbers to next steps” card with plain-English guidance.
  3. Click any number to view the receipts and records that support it.

You can disconnect anytime: Disconnect guide.

Connect QuickBooks

  • Click “Connect QuickBooks.” Sign in with your Intuit account.
  • Select the company you want to use with Omnyra.
  • Grant read-only access. We don’t edit your books.
  • Wait for the first sync; you’ll see status at the top.

Troubleshooting

No data after connecting

Give it a minute, then refresh. If it’s still empty, disconnect and reconnect your QuickBooks company.

Wrong company selected

Disconnect in Omnyra, then reconnect and pick the correct company.

Login issues

Try another browser or an incognito window. Still stuck? Contact us below.

Common questions

Do you change my books?

No. Omnyra is read-only. We don’t edit your data.

How do you keep data safe?

We run on AWS, use Stripe for payments, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and follow SOC 2–aligned controls. See Security.

Can I disconnect?

Yes — one click. See Disconnect.

Where do I see the proof?

Click any number to view the supporting invoices, bills, payroll periods, and entries.

What happens in beta?

We roll out features in waves. You can reserve a spot on the Beta Pricing page.
